Shoot to kill...

Chill day! (May 18 post)

After meeting up last May 15 to watch Safe, we ended up deciding to back that Friday for some shopping. :) I was the early bird that time (unbelievable. lol), so I went to Call it Spring to get the booties I set my eyes on when we last went there, but much to my disappointment, they didn’t have it my size. HUHU. (I hate having big feet!) 

Since I was seriously early, went shopping on my own for a bit, plus to get rid of depression from my boots issue. Haha! Here’s le loot!

Met up with Jeff shortly after to grab some lunch! Wanted to hit Bon Chon again, but it was REALLY packed, to the point that there was a line outside! Being the anti-line, anti-people people that we were, we decided to have lunch at ToSH instead. Mehehe. It’s usually where we run to during lunch hour and all the other resto’s/fast food joints are full. :) 

(Wasn’t really craving for any ToSH food since I was fixed on having me some Bon Chon, so decided to get the regular Pan Glazed Chicken. Heh.)

We were all excited to have some New Zealand Natural Premium Ice Cream! (WHAT. IS. LONG. :)) )

(Got Hokey Pokey! Honey with butterscotch candies, totally delish! Jeff picking out his ice cream. Lol)

Went to Tom’s World after to get rid of Jeff’s extra tokens, but ended up buying more tokens. HAHA.

Finally got really tired and decided to grab some food. Hihi.

Chilled there for quite some time, and decided not to fight our milk tea craving anymore! Lol. 

(Totally missed Serenitea! After the Gong Cha fad, I was deprived of my Serenitea time. Hihi.)

(I prefer GC’s Wintermelon MT, so I decided to try something new. Hazelnut Tea Latte! It was really good, but 75% was to sweet, though. Heh.)

Decided to call it a day after. Another chill and fun day with buds!! :)

So that’s it for my back-logs! (Finally!) Will be picking up Grandma later, and I think we’ll either be hitting Splash Island/Traders Hotel tomorrow. :) I’m all for the second option, since that would let me drop by the Super Sale Bazaar. Hihi.

Stress Outlet.. Part 2! (May 15 post)

Another one of my terribly post-dated back-logs (forgive this lazy-ass :p).

So last May 15, woke up to a call (thank goodness someone woke me up since my alarm didn’t work) re SCAP’s 8th Congress to be held at Cebu this June 1-3. I was really psyched since it was the best way to end summer! Had to give my confirmation by noon (at first) so I immediately headed to SMB to have an emergency meeting with my parents. They were both okay with the idea of me going to Cebu, but during those dates my grandmother would be visiting us, so they didn’t give me permission. :(

It being such a waste, I just had to get all sulky again, and thus the normal stress outlet!

(My new babies from Janylin! I’ve been dying to get these but their other branches didn’t have my size.. lucky to have found it in SMB! Aren’t they gorj? :>)

Was pretty happy with my loot, except for the fact that my card got rejected, twice! Apparently Jewels and Gene. Gozum didn’t accept AmEx. Huhu. (A pretty good reason to get a F21 MasterCard right here. Lol) Therefore my poor wallet got shot just like that. HAHA! #ohwellpapel 

The internet connection was acting up that day, to the point that it couldn’t even load a single MV from YouTube, so I ended up not being able to post this ASAP. Mehehe. It was one of those bipolar days for me. :))

Safe! (May 16 post)

The summer was getting too bland to handle, so we decided to go out for a movie and lunch last Wednesday. :) #finally

Was supposed to watch Dark Shadows/21 Jump Street, but ended up watching Safe, since it was the nearest sched we could get, and it was showing in the Midtown Cinemas (so much better than P. Gil!). Mehehe.

Stopped by Taters before the movie:

Enjoyed the movie! More specifically, the brutal scenes. HAHA. An issue of racism also came up. Hmm. Lol. Anyway, grabbed some lunch at the newly opened Bon Chon in Rob!! Photo ops:

Chatted for some time, then ended up looking for guy shoes! =)) Which led to being informed of the three day sale. (May 18-20) Lol. Window shopped, and decided to go back on Friday (today. mehehe).

The Avengers! (April 29 post)

Another very delayed post. :)) A short one, though. Mehe.

Sooo, last April 29, I finally got to watch The Avengers! During that time a lot of people have already watched it, so I was literally itching to watch it, especially with all of the positive reviews. Heehee.

All the posts about it really raised my hopes up, and of course, I was not disappointed. :) Though I did read a tweet saying that Iron Man died (which I absentmindedly believed), and was really waiting for the scene, which never came (yayy!) HAHA.

I LOVED the movie, but I really didn’t expect the cinema to be that packed. I’m a bit claustrophobic, or rather I just don’t like being in a place with a lot of people and long lines. Haha!

While waiting in line, I noticed the cool shirts of the usherettes, which I couldn’t just leave alone. Lol. It wasn’t for sale, but mom pulled a couple of strings to get me one. Hihi. (Thanks Mom and SM Cinema!!) Love how the metallic print blinds people. =)) Viola:

(Got it after a couple of weeks, though. Wore it right away! Hihi.)

After the movie, went for some groceries (the usual), and had early dinner at Max’s. Saw their cutie waiter again! HAHA. (He kinda resembles Mario Maurer. Srsly.)

MIA for the nth time!

Oh the usual, haven’t posted for quite some time. Kept on delaying my posting scheds. Haha! Due to some personal issues and sched conflicts, I’ve been quite the busy bee these past few days/weeks. Productive, though!  

Finally decided (and had the time) to start with my back-logs tonight, but ended up not being able to because of the nerve-wrecking-ly slow internet connection (can’t upload numerous pics into one post). Booo. It’s seriously getting on my nerves, considering that I can’t even load a normal music video from Youtube. Huhu. Would’ve waited until late night, but I’ll be heading to Manila tom.. so no, can’t go all nocturnal tonight. HAHA.

I’ll be posting all the backlogs I have tomorrow night, that is if the internet connection decides to cooperate. *fingers crossed* Anyway, today has been a very ‘bipolar’ day for me. Manila plans got cancelled, etc. :|

Stress Outlet (April 20 post)

On the 20th, I went back to Manila to get the remaining class cards and meet up with Paul for our Happy Lemon escapade. Much to my disappointment though, the class cards were still unavailable, and Paul had an extended class. :(

So as to not waste my Manila trip, I couldn’t go home empty handed. HAHA! Le loot for the day:

Happy Lemon=Happy Kid (April 19 post)

So on the 19th I was scheduled to go to Manila to get all of the clothes and shoes I had left at the dorm, get my class cards with Jeff, and a meeting with D’s.

To start off my busy day, as I was absentmindedly walking to the car, I hit my face on a SM tarp, which apparently had wood at the end, which went straight to my left cheek. I was seriously in pain! And of course, my cheek bore the scar, making me look like Samurai Check. HAHAHAHA. K. Enough. =))

Anyway, after a very tiring “hakot” sesh at the dorm, went to Rob to meet up with Jeff for this:

Went to CAS after to take care of the class cards. Finally got our CommII grade that afternoon, which was VERY, VERY, DISAPPOINTING. Anyway, ran into Paul while running around CAS, and thankfully, he helped me get Bio22 modules, since we won’t be taking the course until next sem:

Had a meeting and Tom’s World trip after (where I saw the cutest stuffed dog ever!). It was a long and fruitful day! Except for my scarred face. Heh.
